2. When Returns Are Accepted
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received an incorrect item
- The item is damaged
- The item is defective

3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

- All original packaging must be included

- Incorrect size selection
We strongly recommend checking sizing, product descriptions and details carefully before placing your order.
5. Exchanges
We understand that sizing can be challenging.
Exchanges may be offered at our discretion, depending on stock availability.

6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
