We currently ship to selected international destinations, including Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination and external factors.
Typical delivery timeframes:
- Serbia: 5–10 business days
- Bosnia and Herzegovina: 5–10 business days
Delays may occur due to customs processing or courier issues, which are outside our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Moda iz Londona has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Failure to pay customs charges may result in delays, return of the parcel, or non-delivery. In such cases, we are not responsible for any additional costs incurred.
6. Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities or other factors outside our control.
Please ensure that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is refused or not collected (including failure to pay customs duties), it may be returned to us.

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
