Order Processing & Dispatch

Delayed or Missing Shipments

Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
If a shipment is refused or not collected (including failure to pay customs duties), it may be returned to us in line with our Shipping Policy.
In such cases, return shipping costs and any additional carrier or customs charges may be deducted from any applicable refund.
